Delete your Nametaggz account

Delete it in the app

1. 1Open Nametaggz and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Tap the menu (☰) at the top, then Settings.
3. 3Tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out on every device.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, photo, title, organization, bio and interests
• Your event registrations, check-ins, privacy choices and Nearby history
• Your saved contacts, notes and introductions
• Your conversations and meeting requests
• Your sign-in details: email address and phone number

Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone. If you want to use Nametaggz again later, you will start with a new, empty account.

We may keep a limited record of ticket payments where the law requires us to, for example for tax and accounting. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, not by Nametaggz.

Ask us to delete it

Email us from the address on your account, or include the phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm that the account is yours, delete it, and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
